Terms and Conditions for Gift Collection Great Kerala Festival

By participating in the Great Kerala Festival and accepting a gift, the winner unconditionally agrees to and accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Redemption Period: The gift must be redeemed by the winner in person or through a pre-approved representative within forty-eight (48) hours from the date and time of the official announcement of winning. Failure to redeem the gift within this period shall result in the forfeiture of the prize without any liability to the Great Kerala Festival (GKF) organizing team.
2. Delivery Method: The method, schedule, and location for the handover or delivery of the gift shall be at the sole discretion of the GKF organizing team. The winner is required to comply with all delivery instructions provided by the GKF team. GKF reserves the right to change the delivery arrangements at any time without prior notice.
3. Delivery Timeline: The delivery of the gift is contingent upon stock availability and logistics. The GKF organizing team will make reasonable efforts to deliver the gift within a period of 45 to 60 days from the date of successful redemption. However, GKF shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, logistical bottlenecks, or supply chain issues.
4. Required Documentation: To receive the gift, the winner must provide valid identification and complete and sign all required documentation, including but not limited to a gift acknowledgment form, as requested by the GKF organizing team. The gift will not be handed over without the satisfactory completion of all required documentation.
5. Gift Specifications: The images or descriptions of gifts used in any promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual brand, model, color, or any other specification of the gift may vary depending on availability at the time of delivery. GKF is not obligated to provide the exact item shown in any promotional image.
6. Post-Collection Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for inspecting the gift at the time of collection to ensure it is in proper, working, and undamaged condition. By accepting the gift, the winner acknowledges its satisfactory condition. GKF shall not be responsible for any issues with the gift, including but not limited to damages, defects, or warranty claims, once it has been collected by the winner. All post-collection issues, including warranty claims, will be the sole responsibility of the winner and the product manufacturer.
